The Human Chain’s new mobile service ties disparate platforms via universal mobile ids

The Human Chain will demonstrate their new mobile identity (mID) and authentication service – Mobile Adaptive Authentication Manager (MAAM). MAAM is a unique mobile services visualization development, test and demonstration environment for mobile authentication and ID, where service providers, MNO/Carriers and technology providers can enable a number of different services to be quickly prototyped, demonstrated, and deployed as a pre-commercial service.

MAAM is an authentication framework that sits within the Human Chain’s Mobile eXecution Environment (MxE) and can be used as a standalone mobile app authentication enablement solution or to create demo applications using the wider MxE capabilities. Out of the box MAAM is enhanced with mobile device and service logic APIs and iOS mobile App SDK.

“The GSMA Mobile World Congress will in 2014 showcase Mobile Identity (mID), Authentication and Security, so it is the natural place to launch and demonstrate our new MAAM service helping bring new mID and Authentication products and services to market on mobile” says Tim Jefferson – Managing Director of The Human Chain.

“MNO/Carriers, banks, retailers and technology providers have already shown real interest in our MAAM service to rapidly prototype and demonstrate significant cost savings, streamline/automate business processes and improve customer experience using a standard mobile as an ID and authentication device” says Jefferson.

The Human Chain at their meeting room 7034MR in Hall 7 of Mobile Wold Congress, will demonstrate the new MAAM service as well as showcase work they are doing with their mID and Authentication Partners – SecureKey – who is the leading provider of cloud-based, trusted identity networks that reduce the burden, costs, and risks associated with user authentication. The company’s federated authentication solutions ensure that users are properly authenticated regardless of the service, device or credential they prefer to use.

The Human Chain will also at Mobile World Congress being showcasing the use of MxE in facilitating the SecureKey Concierge demo on the GSMA mID Stand at the Connected City Zone in Hall 3, Stands 3A11-3A31 – where you will be able to see live a mobile number based mID demonstration.
