Glu Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq:GLUU), a leading global publisher of mobile games, announced the worldwide launch of the mobile game based on DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: DWA) highly-anticipated film, “Monsters vs. Aliens,” which comes to theaters in the U.S. on March 27, 2009. This marks the second mobile game to be developed and published by Glu based on DreamWorks Animation’s hit films, following the 2008 release of “Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.”
Mobile Streams launches HBO mobile retail portal
Mobile Streams announced that it will launch HBO Mobile, a mobile internet retail portal for the premium television network Home Box Office (HBO).
The HBO Mobile retail site will offer personalization content (i.e. ringtones and wallpapers) from popular and award-winning HBO shows such as Flight of the Conchords, Big Love, True Blood, Rome, Entourage, The Sopranos, Sex and the City and The Wire.
